This TED video is a must see.
I personally found it interesting because I have been struggling with creating my film, as a predominantly right brain thinker (like a lot of artists and kids that typically don’t do well in school). Right brain ideas and feelings within the Western context have to be forced through a left brain in order to be expressed and communicated. Since our communication, educational system and society are based on linear analytical thinking. So I have found myself in somewhat of a conflict between the two hemisphere. One person even called my film bipolar, which is actually a great explanation. The question is how do we incorporate the two and become a whole?
