		<description>Thanks for sharing some of my thoughts on &#039;fear of commitment&#039;, Maia - a subject I am all too familiar with! 

Interestingly, the subjects of fear (and happiness) were the easiest for me to write about on my self help site - I just wrote down the first thoughts that came to me. 

Not that I have a magical cure for this (or any)fear, of course, but understanding how debilatating (how do you spell *that* word, lol) these fears can be is important. As is awareness that you have the fear. I think both are required to help you overcome any fear.

So I think your idea of taking commitment to be a love challenge is a brilliant one. You&#039;re not trying to overcome (a bad thing like) fear, instead you&#039;re trying to further embrace  (a great thing like) love.

Great idea. Where will you start?
